excersize before surgery?

Thanks again everyone! I have to go out of town again this wk for my job but then I'll be home and able to keep in touch better. It's been a long 5 wks away (home on weekends) and I've really had to be careful picking correct foods at restaurants (my surgeon says I cannot gain one pound before surgery). My file is growing of all the recipies and suggestions from everyone here. I actually did get some excersize this weekend...had company Saturday and had to clean my house well...including the kitty fur floating around on my hardwood floors. It's amazing how much more motivated I am to clean knowing company is coming. It's like a swift kick in the butt. I need that from time to time. Thanks again everyone and have a great week. Alice
